We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Pharmacist to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
● Provide patient-centered care, including medication counseling and therapy
management
● Deliver clinical services (medication reviews, injections, minor ailment prescribing, etc.) without pressures or quotas
● Collaborate with local healthcare providers
● Oversee safe and accurate dispensing practices
● Support and mentor pharmacy staff
● Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
● Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Prince Edward Island
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● A passion for community pharmacy and patient relationships
● Commitment to professional excellence and ongoing learning
● Injection certification and methadone/suboxone dispensing certification

What you can expect as a member of our team:

- Full time hours with some evenings and weekend shifts
- Flexible schedule, with only 1 in 3 weekends (shifts end at 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday)
Pharmacist compensation:
- Three weeks paid vacation
- Licensing exams, license fee, and insurance coverage
- Moving allowance up to $5K
- Health and Dental Benefits
- Christmas Bonus
- RRSP Matching Program (3% in, matched at 3.5%)
- Full-time 35-40 hours/week (Position could also be part time from 20 hours up if desired, and benefits would still be included above 24 hours per week)
- $67-70 per hour, depending on experience
